Rolling Roof
Rolling Roof open roof systems are versatile solutions that offer unique folding and retracting movements not available in conventional open roof systems. In Rolling Roof motorized awning systems, aluminum panels can open at different angles to provide the desired level of daylight while maintaining shading and ventilation.
Thanks to specially designed aluminum profiles, the system allows ventilation without being affected by rain or snow. The folding movement of the panels also makes interior cleaning much easier, since the panels can be accessed from inside without the need to go onto the roof.
Rolling Roof systems are ideal for restaurants, bars, cafes and similar commercial spaces. They are finished with electrostatic powder coating, allowing a wide range of color applications and long-lasting durability. The system can be installed without the need for a steel structure and can operate in uneven environments thanks to supporting feet that provide self-leveling capability. All components, accessories and profiles are made of rust-resistant materials.

Technical Specifications
The Rolling Roof system combines folding and retracting movements in a way that distinguishes it from other open roof systems. The aluminum panels are 38 cm wide and rotate around their own axis to perform the folding movement. Once folded, the panels retract backward to create a fully open roof area.
The panel thickness is 2 mm, while the main drainage profile is 4 mm thick and the top rail profile is made of 5 mm aluminum material. The system uses a water drainage mechanism that channels rainwater through the panel drainage system to the main drainage profile and then discharges it outside, ensuring no water ingress.
Interior lighting and heating systems can be adapted to the Rolling Roof structure. For longer spans, multiple units can be combined with no length limitation. In rainy weather, the panels can be slightly opened to refresh the indoor air while preventing water from entering the interior.
Performance & System Features
The movement of the Rolling Roof system is powered by two different motors with 120 Nm torque / 425W and 300 Nm torque / 880W, referred to as one motor set. Safety is ensured with movement detection switches.
The system can operate in uneven environments and self-level thanks to its supporting feet. All profiles and accessories used are rust-resistant, and the supporting profiles are 100x100x4 mm and 60x120x4 mm box supports.
